Rarely will you find a time where we are not collaborating on a book club, attending a class, or reviewing a podcast. We have high expectations that team members focus on their personal development and are always striving to be the best version of themselves. If you find something you’ve read, listened to, or attended was of value; bring it back to the team to share. There is no ceiling on our desire to get better.
We require a constant level of high energy. High energy does not mean bubbly to us. It means entering into the workday, appointments, or projects with enthusiasm. This business is demanding, and team members must be able to maintain consistent levels of energy throughout the workday and week to perform their jobs at the highest level.
We believe in a culture of productivity. All team members contribute equally, and yet differently to the business and moving it forward. We expect engagement in team initiatives, and participation at 100%. We do not get lost in water-cooler conversation or down the email rabbit trail. We focus on our 20% and redirect team members when we see them off pace.

We work together. We support each other when someone is down, and always return the favor. We collaborate on tough clients, initiatives, and problems. Ideas are a dime a dozen, but an unexplored idea is worthless. We expect you to bring ideas to the table, and explore their validity or place in the organization. When an idea turns into an initiative, we want you involved and rallying support on the team. You will own your ideas.

We don’t believe in wasting time, money, or breath. We operate efficiently in all things. We’re always looking to be just 1% better. If taking the scenic route to get a project done is your preferred method, this isn’t the right spot for you. If you are accountable to goals, deadlines, and succinct conversations then you will thrive in our environment.
Leadership lives in every position in our business. From the founder all the way to the newest hire. We expect everyone to partake in the growth and development of the business, and its team members. We respect each other for what we each bring to the table and understand we always can learn from someone, no matter who the superior is. If someone is out of culture, we expect it to be brought to management. We don’t play games or tricks with each other. If something is bothering you, or there is a problem, we want open dialogue and communication.
